Woohoo, a new drawing. Started working on this at dnd with Peter. Drawn in Open Canvas. 2 layers used.
Just a very simple sketch. I got lazy with the bottom half of it. I don't really seem to finish anything I draw. Maybe I should do something about that before I get to the point where I can't finish anything. D:
Hmm... I would take requests but there aren't any people really commenting to let me know what to draw.
I could probably ask my DA. I may do that, I guess. I need to put a link to this blog in my DA journal. I need to do a lot of things.
Also, I'm kind of pissed because my tablet is not working right. Atleast I finished this drawing but I need to see if it's just being silly and a restart will fix it or if it's actually broken. I will probably cry if it breaks ;-;

Okay, new post. Today was paintchat with Peter. This was one of the many things I drew. HAY LOOK, I EVEN ATTEMPTED A BACKGROUND.
But yeah, reference was used for pose. Drawn in Open Canvas of course.
ENJOY MOAR HAWT WOMENZ. EVERYONE LOVES HOT WOMENZ. I should probably draw some more hot women. Seems to be a popular subject.
Did I mention, I fail at drawing hands and feet? :(

I decided to attempt realism again. Drawn in Open Canvas. Main focus was the facial features since I hate drawing hair with a burning passion. XD
I'm quite fond of the pencil sketch effect it has although he could probably stand to be a bit darker.
I should probably do more with the hair but I'm too damn lazy and the heat is starting to get to me.
URGG... headache. :(
Oh yeah, that's Peter in this picture :O

Woo, a self portrait. Done in Open Canvas. Used 3 layers for this. One for the sketch/colour, one for the lineart, and one for the highlights in the hair and eyes.
Forgot to colour the eyes but oh well. They should be blue D:
I'm really not this innocent and cute looking irl though. :(
BUT YEAH.. I NEED MORE STUFF TO DRAW.

Woohoo, dnd art. Peter and I started up a paintchat session in OpenCanvas. I started drawing some random elf girl when he asked me, "hay, what should I draw?". I then replied with, "DRAW UR DND CHARACTER". So, he began to draw his half-elf.
Because boredom hit me again, I asked if I could do fanart of his elf. SUDDENLY THIS CAME TO BE. Best arrows I've ever drawn. Also the gayest elf I've ever drawn... well, maybe not but still.
No layers were used in this which amazes me. Normally, I can't do anything without my layers but I somehow managed to paint this. I'm quite proud of myself.
Maybe I should draw dnd characters for money. XD

woo, another sketch. Boredom seems to bring on a lot of art which makes me happy.
Was getting some practice in on female anatomy and poses. Yay ass and titties.
I may or may not actually ink and CG this and I should probably continue to sketch random poses.
Really need more practice in drawing objects. People have always been moderately easy for me to draw but objects, buildings, etc. have never been my forte. Perhaps I'll take on mechs and see if I can create something splendid.
I NEED A JOB, DAMMIT. NEED TO BUY MOAR WATERCOLOURZ ;__;
Also need tastier food and more inspiration. Nothing in this house inspires me. :<
Okay, here's the finished CGed versions of the lineart from before. Friend was very happy to see the finished product.<3
There's two different versions of this picture. Lion and not so lion versions. It's a bit of an inside joke so don't ask XD
I'll be posting atleast one version of this on my DA when I get tired of being bored and actually do something.
Omg facebook is going to be my downfall :<
Anyway, yeah...
Finally finished a drawing. I started on it the other day for a very close friend of mine but didn't get a chance to finish it because I took off to visit said friend.
The lineart is a little shoddy and I'm not exactly happy with the pose or the ridiculous anime style but overall, it's not too horrible.
At the very least, I haven't lost my ability to draw cartoon versions of people and at least make it look moderately accurate.
The coloured version makes the lineart look a million times better. I think the majority of my coloured work is much better simply because I'm a better colourist than anything else. I really need to get back into traditional art so I can relearn to ink on paper again >_>
I'll post the coloured versions at a later time. There are two different ones so... D:
Just thought I'd add some work in progress sketches I recently did.
I'll let you know ahead of time, I am not really a fan of Naruto. These were gift art.
Anyway, program used to do these was Paint Tool SAI.
Started off with a simple sketch. I did use a reference for the poses to speed up the process(lazy >_>). All together, for the Hinata drawing, I put in about 30 minutes for the sketch and another 2 hours at most for the inking and CGing.
The Shikamaru was about 2 hours of work as well. Reference was also used. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Ended up being pretty lazy with the rest of the inking.
Uh...
Yeah, that's all I can really say about these sketches. They aren't exactly my best. :<
